At DELSEY PARIS, we stand behind the quality of our luggage and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Luggage

  Place the unused item in its original box with all hangtags attached, then securely seal the package and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
